How to care for your handwoven shawl:
All shawls, hoods and scarves sold on this page contain wool, too much heat or excess rubbing during wash may cause it to shrink. All products are prewashed and ready to wear. Wool items do not need to be washed as frequently as other materials, airing is usually enough to freshen up your shawl. When not in use, store rolled up or on a hanger, not folded, and away from direct sunlight to prevent creasing and sun bleaching. Keeping your shawl folded for longer periods of time may create creases that are hard to get out. If you do get a crease, use a steamer on the area and gently pull the weave to help get the crease out.
Washing: Very gently handwash separately in cold/luke warm water using small amount of mild wool detergent. Soak for 1-2 min. Drain and add clean cold water. Repeat until water is soap free. Gently press the shawl to remove excess water. Do not rub, wring or twist. Let it air dry flat on a drying rack away from direct heat and sunlight. Place a dry towel underneath the shawl to protect the floor from the moisture. Do not tumble dry or iron.

I ship almost everywhere but unfortunately because of the new packaging registration laws it's currently not possible for me to ship to Greece, Poland, Lithuania or Slovakia.
Import Duties & Taxes for Orders Outside the EU
Please note that all orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. TrollTovaDesign has no control over these fees and is unable to predict, cover, or reimburse them.
It's important that you check with your country's customs office or postal service before placing your order to understand what fees may apply and be prepared to pay any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery.
This does not apply to US customers, tariffs will be collected at checkout, there will be no surprise import fees.
UK customers:
Unfortunately I can't sell to UK customers from this page, but you can order from my Etsy-page.
US customers:
A 10% extra cost for tariffs will be added to the price at checkout. I will take care of paying the tariffs, so there will be no extra surprise cost for you.
Men and shawls:
All items are unisex and can be worn by anyone regardless of gender. Here you can see a collection of photos of men wearing my products.
Custom orders:
Do you want a shawl in a different color? No problem! Most shawl-models can be custom-made in the colors of your choice. I have a large selection of colors available. Just contact me and let me know what colors you have in mind.
Returns and refunds:
For EU buyers: You can return your items (except custom items) for any reason as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery, but unless it arrived damaged or faulty in any way you will have to pay for the return shipping as well as the cost for shipping the item to you. Your order will be fully refunded within 72 hours of being received back to the return address upon inspection of the item for meeting the return criteria of new unworn, unaltered, as delivered condition. If the item does not meet those requirements, you agree upon returning the goods that any loss of value while in your possession and responsibility prior to receipt will result in a partial/non refund for loss of value and not being in resale condition.
For non EU buyers: Returns are not accepted, but please contact me as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order, and we will work out a solution.
For custom and made to order items returns are not accepted.
Patterns:
I do not offer patterns or tutorials.
AI:
NO AI has been used in the creation of my products, photos or videos. I design and make all products myself, and I take all photos and videos myself with the help of a Canon, a tripod and remote control.
Outfits:
I only sell handwoven shawls, hoods and scarves. All other clothing seen in photos are from my private wardrobe and are not for sale. Safety warnings:
My products are intended for adult use only. Keep out of reach of children under the age of 13. Potential loose threads in the woven fabric may pose a risk of entanglement or choking for young children.
Although wool is naturally flame-resistant, keep the products away from open flames or high heat sources.
