Refund policy

For buyers within the EU: You can return your items for any reason as long as you contact me (mari@trolltovadesign.com) within 14 days of delivery, but unless the product arrived damaged or faulty in any way you will have to pay for the return shipping as well as the cost for shipping the item to you. Your order will be fully refunded within 72 hours of being received back to the return address. The product needs to meet the return criteria of new unworn, unaltered, as delivered condition. If the item does not meet those requirements, you agree upon returning the product that any loss of value while in your possession and responsibility prior to receipt will result in a partial/non refund for loss of value and not being in resale condition. Products being returned without prior contact will not be accepted. Custom-made items are not refundable.

For buyers outside the EU: No returns or exchanges, unless the item is damaged upon arrival or different from what was ordered. If you have any problems with your product please contact me as soon as possible.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return before it appears in your account.
